Cream Cheese Crescent Rolls

Heat oven to 350. Spray 9x13 pam
- 2 tubes crescent rolls
- 1 egg, seperated
- 1 t cinnamon
- 1 c sugar, divided
- 2 8-oz pkg cream cheese
- 1 t vanilla
"Bisquick Mix"

In a large bowl, mix all ingredients with electric mixer until particles are small and uniform in size
- 10 1/2 c flour
- 1/4 c baking powder
- 1 1/2 T salt
- 1/2 c sugar
- 2 c shortening
- 1 c buttermilk powder
- 1 1/2 t baking soda
Chicken Gizzards

- 1 1/2 lb gizzards
- 1/2 c AP flour
- 1 1/2 T seasoning salt
- Veg oil
Italian Sausage Pie

- 1 lb mild Ital sausage, cut in 1" pieces
- 5 eggs
- 1 10-oz pkg frozen chopped spinach, drained
- 2 c shredded mozzarella
- 2/3 c ricotta
- 1 shallot, finely chopped
- 1/2 t black pepper
- 1/2 t garlic powder
- 1/4 t salt
- 1 pkg ref pie crust
- 1 egg slightly beaten with 1 T water

- 2 cups flour
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 cup butter
- 3 teaspoons cocoa (?tablespoons)
- 1 cup cola (coke is best)
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 1/2 cups mini marshmellows
- 1 stick butter
- 3 tablespoons cocoa
- 6 tablespoons cola
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
- 1 cup chopped nuts
- 1 pound 10X sugar
Peanut Butter Cake

- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 cup scalded milk
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- Topping:
- 12 oz peanut butter
- 2 8oz Hershey bars

- 1 c water
- 7 T butter
- 1 T coarse salt
- Pinch sugar
- 1 1/4 c flour
- 4-5 eggs
- 1 1/4 c grated gruyere
- Freshly ground white pepper
Pecan Cheesecake Pie

Prepare piecrust in 9" pie plate per package directions
- 1/2 (15 oz) pk refrigerated piecrusts
- 1 8oz pk cream cheese, softened
- 4 large eggs, divided
- 3/4 cup sugar, divided
- 2 teaspoons vanilla, divided
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/4 cups chopped pecans
- 1 cup light corn syrup
Lemon Cookies

Combine all & mix well. Rool into 1" balls; place on ungreased cookie sheet & press firmly to flatten
- 1 pk lemon cake mix with pudding
- 1 c rice krispies
- 1/2 c melted margerine, cooled
- 1 egg, slightly beaten

- 1 pound butter
- 8 eggs
- 2 1/4 cups sugar
- 5 cups flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 2 tsp corn meal
- 2 cups candied fruit-pineapple, cherries
- 1 cup golden raisins
- 1/2 cup nuts
