Rhubarb Coffee Cake with Caramel Sauce

- Topping:
- 1/2 C shortening
- 1 1/2 C sugar
- 1 egg
- 2 C all purpose flour
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 C buttermilk
- 1 1/2 c finely chopped fresh or frozen rhubarb
- 1/2 C packed brown sugar
- 1/4 C all purpose flour
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 3 TBS. cold butter
- Sauce:
- 1/2 C butter, cubed
- 1 C packed brown sugar
- 1/2 C heavy whipping cream

- 7 tsp. instant tea
- 1 C sugar
- 1/3 C tang
- 1 1/2 C Pineapple juice (I use 2 small cans)
Whole Cranberry Sauce Spread

- 1/2 C cranberry sauce
- 2 tsp. dijon mustard
- 1 tsp. horse radish
Rhubarb Ginger Peach Muffins

Made these into mini muffins for my Sunday School class
- 2 C rhubarb, chopped
- 1 Whole peach Chopped
- 2 C flour
- 1/2 C sugar
- 1/2 C brown sugar
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 2 tsp. ginger
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 3/4 C vegetable oil
- 2 whole eggs
- 1 C sour milk
- 2 tsp. vanilla
Garlic Parmesan Pull Apart Bread

1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
- 1 Can if refrigerated Grands Biscuits
- 1/2 Stick of butter
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1/2 C grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp. Italian Seasoning
Chocolate Suicide

A very rich dessert!
- Cookie dough on the bottom of a 9 x 13.
- Arrange a package of oreos in the middle
- Pour brownie batter over the top.
- Bake until the brownies are done....top with ice cream and chocolate syrup to go over the top.
Easy Overnight Rolls

I made these over Christmas vacation and they were really great! Certainly a keeper!
- For Cinnamon Rolls:
- 2 pkgs. (1/4 oz. each) active dry yeast
- 1 1/2 C warm water (110-115)
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 C butter, softened
- 1/2 C sugar
- 5 3/4 to 6 1/4 C all purpose flour
- 1 pkg. brown sugar
- 4 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/2 C softened butter divided
Baked Chocolate Doughnuts (2)

I couldn't find my regular recipe so I got this one from the internet
- 1 C all purpose flour
- 1/4 C unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 C milk
- 1/2 C packed brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 4 TBS. butter, melted
- 2 TBS. coffee(Optional)
- 1 tsp. vanilla
