A real crowd-pleaser that can be prepared a day ahead and then popped in the oven when you’re ready to eat
- 5 spray(s) cooking spray, divided
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 6 clove(s) (medium) garlic clove(s), minced (or to taste)
- 2 large onion(s), Spanish-variety, cut in half and thinly sliced
- 70 oz plum tomatoes, whole, canned, mashed into pieces
- 6 oz canned tomato paste
- 6 leaf/leaves basil, fresh
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
- 1 tsp table salt
- 3/4 pound(s) whole milk ricotta cheese, fresh recommended
- 2 large egg(s), beaten
- 1/4 cup(s) parsley, fresh, chopped
- 1/4 cup(s) grated Parmesan cheese, high-quality recommended, divided
- 12 item(s) dry lasagna noodles
- 1/2 pound(s) whole milk mozzarella cheese, fresh recommended, shredded, divided
Weight Watchers Green Beans with Caramelized Onions

Instructions Heat oil and sugar together in a large skillet over medium-high heat
- Ingredients
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1 Tbsp sugar
- 16 oz frozen pearl onions
- 16 oz frozen cut green beans, or whole green beans
- 2 Tbsp dill, fresh, chopped
- 1/2 tsp table salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Liz's Corn Casserole

Melt the stick of butter & set aside
- 1 can cream corn
- 1 can whole kernel corn, drained
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 stick butter, melted
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1/4 tsp salt
Shrimp Casserole (Mary's)

Saute onions, bell pepper & celery until soft
- 1 pt crab meat or shrimp (or both)
- 1 med onion, chopped
- 1 med bell pepper, chopped
- 2 stalks celery, chopped
- 1 can cream chicken soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 2 soup cans water
- 1 cup raw rice (not minute)
- salt & pepper to taste
