- 1 can drained English Peas
- 1 can drained Asparagus
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup

Lemon Icebox Pie

Previous page
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 2 egg yolks (save whites)
- 1/3 cup lemon juice (2 lemons)
- Mix the above ingredients & put in baked pie shell.
- Beat 2 egg whites, add 1/4 cup sugar & continue to beat til stiff. Put in oven to brown.
BBQ Ribs (slow cooked)

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C)
- 4 pounds pork baby back ribs
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cups ketchup
- 1 cup chili sauce
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 4 tablespoons vinegar
- 2 teaspoons dried oregano
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 dash hot sauce
Sweet Potato Pie

Mix and bake at 350 for 45 minutes or til done
- 1 cup mashed sweet potato
- 1 1/2 cup sugar
- small carnation milk
- 1 stick melted butter
- 2 tbsp vanilla
- 3 eggs
Wine Cake

can substitute the wine with blackberry wine
- 1 box duncan hines yellow cake mix
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1/2 cup evaporated milk
- 1 sm box instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1/2 cup dry white wine
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- Bake in sprayed Bundt pan at 350 for 1 hr

- 1 can red kidney beans

- 1/2 cup sugar

Chicken and Sun Dried Tomato Pasta

1) Prepare rotini in non stick Dutch oven according to pkg directions
- 2 (7.5oz) pkgs Tyson grilled chicken strips (I always use the frozen chicken strips and cook them my George Foreman grill)
- 8 oz uncooked rotini noodles
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1/2 cup bottled roasted red peppers – cut into bite size pieces
- 1/3 cup thin strips oil packed sun dried tomatos
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 3 tablespoons thin strips fresh basil
- 2 medium green onions thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese

- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- 6 garlic gloves, minced
- 4 cups water
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup uncooked regular grits
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 cups shredded white cheddar cheese

- 2 spray(s) cooking spray
- 20 oz butternut squash, fresh, peeled and cubed*
- 1/8 tsp table salt, for cooking pasta
- 12 oz uncooked whole-wheat pasta, penne
- 1 1/4 cup(s) fat-free skim milk
- 2 Tbsp white all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp minced garlic
- 1/2 tsp table salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper, freshly ground, or to taste
- 1 Tbsp thyme, fresh, chopped, divided
- 1/2 cup(s) part-skim ricotta cheese
- 1/3 cup(s) grated Parmesan cheese, Parmigiano-Reggiano recommended
- 1/4 cup(s) chopped walnuts, toasted
