Slutty Brownies

Preheat your oven to 350°F, 180°C, gas mark 4
- 1 Box of cookie mix,
- 1 Box of brownie mix,
- 2 Eggs,
- 2 Packs of Oreos (double stuffed ones are even better if you can find them)
- Some oil
- & your favourite ice-cream (optional)
Frito Salad

- 1 can ranch style beans, rinsed
- 2 tbsp chopped onions
- coarsely grated cheddar cheese
- chopped lettuce
- king size fritos
- 1 bottle kraft catalina dressing
Pepper Jelly

- 1 1/2 cups cider vinegar
- 1/2 cup hot pepper, chopped
- 1.6 oz bottle Certo
- 1/2 cup chopped bell pepper
Bourbon Slush

Be careful, it tastes like lemonade and goes down smooth but it is really potent
- 7 cups water
- 3 cups bourbon
- 12 oz frozen lemonade
- 6 oz frozen orange juice
- 1 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 cups strong tea
Crab Melt

- 1 lb fresh crab claw meat
- 2 cups shredded swiss cheese
- 1/2 cup finely chopped green onions

- 1/4 cup crisco oil
- 2 large onions
- 2 lbs raw shrimp
- 2 cans celery soup
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 3/4 of a large velveeta cheese
Fried Turkey

- 24 oz salt
- 2 ox black pepper
- 6 oz red pepper
- 2 oz garlic powder
- 4 oz polutry seasoning
- 6 oz louisisana hot sauce
- 2 onions, quartered

Shrimp Salad a la Lulu

- 3 lbs peeled and chopped into medium chunks boiled shrimp
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 3/4 cup chopped red onion
- 3 boiled eggs
- 2 tbsp finely chopped parsley
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp white pepper
- 1 tsp creole seasoning
- 2 tbsp dijon mustard
- 1/2 cup mayo
- 1 tbsp fresh squeezed lemon juice
