High School Football Game Corn Dogs

Mix everything & dip hotdogs in batter, drop in very hot oil

- 2 cups hungry jack mix
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp baking pwdr
- 2 cups water (more or less)
Spice Cookies

- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1/3 cup pecans

- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 6 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups butter
- 2 cups regular flour
- 12 oz double fudge butter cream recipe frosting mix
- 2 cups pecans
Tomato Relish

Put in boiler and cook 2-3 hrs or until thick
- 1 gal tomatoes
- 8 large onions, chopped
- 8 bell peppers, chopped
- Hot peppers to taste
- 3 cups sugar
- 1 1/2 qts vinegar
- 1 tbsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp red & cayenne pepper
- 3 tbsp salt

mix & shape meat loaf ingredients into a loaf and place in casserole dish
- 1 1/2 lbs ground beef
- 1 med onion chopped
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 cup cracker crumbs
- 1/2 can tomato sauce
- salt & pepper
- sauce;
- 1/2 can tomato sauce
- 1 cup water
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 2 tbsp mustard
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
Creamy Potato Soup with Bacon

1. In a large pot over medium-high heat, cook bacon, stirring occasionally, until crisp and browned, 6 to 8 minutes
- 6 slices bacon, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 1/8 tsp dried thyme
- 3 baking potatoes (about 2 pounds total), peeled and cut into 1/2-inch pieces
- 3 1/2 cups low-sodium chicken broth
- 1 cup sour cream
