Tater Tot Casserole

Brown hamburger and onion
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 onion chopped (1/2 cup)
- 1 box tater tots
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 can drained green beans
Flat Iron Steak with Southwest Rub

Combine all ingredients in small bowl
- Flat Iron Steak(s)
- 2 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tbsp packed brown sugar
- 1 tbsp ground cumin
- 2 tsp minced garlic
- 2 tsp cider vinegar
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 tsp ground red pepper
Triple-Decker Raspberry Chocolate Cake

From "Chocolate from the Cake Mix Doctoer" by Anne Bryn
- Solid vegetable shortening for greasing the pans
- Flour for dusting the pans
- 1 package (10 ounces) frozen raspberries packed with sugar, thawed
- 1 package (18.25 ounces) devil’s food cake mix with pudding
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 3 large eggs
- Chocolate Ganache (see recipe below)
- 1 tablespoon Chambord (raspberry liqueur; optional)
- 1/2 cup fresh raspberries, for garnish (optional)
Hamburger Cheese Dip

Brown meat with onion. Drain
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 lb. sausage
- 2 lbs. Velveeta cheese
- onion
- Jalapeno peppers to taste
- 1 regular size can peeled tomatoes (drained and cut up)
Hot Artichoke Dip

Preheat oven to 375. Drain and coarsely chop artichokes
- 2 - 14 oz cans Artichoke hearts, drained
- 1 - 10 oz. pkg. chopped frozen spinach (thawed & drained well)
- 2 garlic cloves, pressed
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup mayo
- 1 1/2 cups grated parmesan (plus some for top)
Three Corn Casserole

Preheat over to 350. Grease 9 x 13 pan
- 1/2 c. butter - melted
- 3 eggs
- 1 can cream corn
- 1 can whole kernel corn - drained
- 8 oz. French onion dip
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
Taco Dip

Layer and bake in oven (or crock) until cheese is hot and bubbly
- Layer in casserole or crock pot:
- 1 can refried beans
- 1 lb. browned hamburger (with onion)
- 1 bottle picante sauce
- 1/2 lb. monterey jack cheese
- 1/2 lb. cheddar cheese
- 1 can refried beans
- 1/2 lb. monterey jack cheese
- 1/2 lb. cheddar cheese
Cauliflower, Mushroom Broccoli Salad

Mix all ingredients and refrigerate over night
- Canned Mushrooms
- Broccoli
- Cauliflower
- Italian Dressing
- Garlic to taste
Roasted Pepper & Sun Dried Tomato Dip

Mix peppers, tomatoes, garlic and lemon in food processor
- 1 - 14 oz. jar roasted red peppers (drain and pat dry)
- 1/2 cup sliced sun dried tomatoes (soak in hot water 5 min., drain & pat dry)
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- 4 oz. cream cheese
- 2 tbsp. parsley
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- salt and pepper to taste
Chicken Noodle Soup

Put broth, salt and pepper in pot
- Broth
- Chicken cut up
- celery
- onion
- salt and pepper
- carrots
- noodles (frozen thick noodles)
- water (as needed)
