- 1 cup mayo
- 1 cup pared and seeded chopped cucumber
- 2 tbsp. finely chopped fresh parsley
- 1 clove minced garlic
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1 cup Dannon Plain Yogurt
Sausage & Pepperoni Pizza Puffs

Pre-heat the oven to 375°
- 3/4 cup flour
- 3/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 3/4 cup whole milk
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 4 oz mozzarella cheese, shredded (about 1 cup)
- 2 oz mini turkey pepperoni, (about 1/2 cup) *** Could use a bit more ***
- 4 oz low-fat sausage, cooked and crumbled
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
Oatmeal Cinnamon Raisin Cookies

- 1 cup butter (2 sticks)
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tbsp molasses
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 2 cups flour
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 2 cups oatmeal (quick cook type)
- 2/3 cup raisins
- 1 cup walnuts
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips

- 3 cups rhubarb, cut up
- 1 cup sugar

- 1 lb. hamburger
- 1 onion
- 1 bottle Picante sauce

Ham and Corn Chowder

- 2 celery ribs, diced
- 1/4 cup onion, diced
- 2 tablespoons margarine or 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 3 cups milk
- 2 cups cooked ham, diced
- 2 cups potatoes, cooked and diced small
- 1 1/2 cups frozen corn (2 - 12oz. frozen corn)
- 1 (14 3/4 ounce) can cream-style corn
- 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 4 tbsp. Wondra Flour
- 4 tbsp. milk

- 1/2 chopped white onion
- 2 chopped tomatoes
- 1 - 4 oz. can diced green chili
- 3 tbsp. Trader Joe's Cilantro Salad Dressing
- 3 - 4 dashes Tabasco
- pepper to taste
Cauliflower Salad - Grandma David

- 3/4 cup miracle whip lite blended with 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 head small cauliflower flowerettes
- 3 tbsp. chopped onion
- 1/2 green pepper chopped
- 2 stocks celery chopped
- 5 strips crumbled crisp bacon
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
