Crust: 1. In a large bowl, combine flour and salt

- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 5 tbsp. chilled butter, cut into small pieces
- 2 large eggs, divided
- 2-3 tbsp. ice water
- Filling:
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 large onion, finely chopped
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 1/2 cups whipping cream
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1 cup fresh carrots (sliced thin)
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 4 cups cooked chicken, shredded
