Ingredients

    - 14 oz cans Artichoke hearts, drained

  • 1

    - 10 oz. pkg. chopped frozen spinach (thawed & drained well)

  • 2

    garlic cloves, pressed

  • 1

    cup sour cream

  • 1

    cup mayo

  • 1 1/2

    cups grated parmesan (plus some for top)

Directions

Preheat oven to 375. Drain and coarsely chop artichokes. Mix with remaining ingredients. Spoon into oven safe baking dish. Sprinkle with additional parmesan. Bake 20 - 25 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Serve with crackers, bread or fresh veggies. * Add jalapenos for a little kick.
