- 8 cups cubed seeded watermelon
- 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice (about 3 lemons)
Grilled Striped Bass with Chunky Mango-Ginger Sauce

A firm white fish with delicate flavor, striped bass is delicious with bold seasonings
- 4 (6-ounce) striped bass or other firm white fish fillets (such as amberjack or grouper)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup Chunky Mango-Ginger Sauce
- ring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer 20 minutes.
Individual Swiss Chard and Italian Sausage Lasagna

Directions Preheat oven to 400 degrees
- 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 1/4 pounds sweet Italian sausage, casings removed, meat crumbled into small pieces
- 3 shallots, peeled, halved lengthwise, and cut crosswise into 1/4-inch-thick slices
- 3 pounds Swiss chard, stems removed, leaves cut crosswise into 1/4-inch strips
- 3 large garlic cloves, thinly sliced crosswise
- 1 tablespoon finely grated lemon zest
- 1 teaspoon coarse salt
- Freshly ground pepper
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 5 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1/2 onion, cut into 1/4-inch dice
- 1 1/2 teaspoons coarse salt
- 1/2 teaspoon red-pepper flakes
- 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
- 4 1/2 cups whole milk
- Fresh Lasagna Noodles, (cut into 4-inch squares and cooked, or store-bought dried noodles, cooked and cut to size)
- 8 ounces fontina cheese, grated (1 cup)

- 1/2 cup (70g) of Coconut Flour (measure by dip and sweep)
- 1/2 cup (60g) of Tapioca Flour
- 2 teaspoons of Cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon of Nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon of Powdered Cloves
- 1/4 teaspoon of Ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon of Kosher Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon of Baking Soda
- 1 teaspoon of Cream of Tartar
- 3 Eggs
- For the White Chocolate Frosting
- 4 ounces of Cocoa Butter
