Baked Taco Sandwich

Heat oven to 450ºF. Grease square pan, 8x8x2 inches
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1 package (1 ounce) Old El Paso® taco seasoning mix
- 1 cup Original Bisquick® mix
- 1/3 cup cold water
- 3/4 cup shredded Cheddar cheese (3 ounces)
- Sour cream, if desired
- Shredded lettuce, if desired
- Chopped tomato, if desired
Caramel Apple Cheesecake Bars

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
- Crust:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 1 cup (2 sticks) butter, softened
- Cheesecake Filling:
- 3 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
- 3/4 cup sugar, plus 2 tablespoons, divided
- 3 large eggs
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- Apples:
- 3 Granny Smith apples, peeled, cored and finely chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- Streusel Topping:
- 1 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup quick cooking oats
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, softened
Homemade Biscuit Mix

Sweet Garlic Chicken

Directions Whisk together the sesame oil, soy sauce, garlic, honey, and ginger in a large glass or ceramic bowl
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 4 cloves garlic, chopped
- 6 tablespoons honey
- 1/4 teaspoon minced fresh ginger root
- 4 large skinless, boneless chicken breast halves - cut into 1 inch strips
- 1 (16 ounce) package spaghetti
- 2 tablespoons butter, divided
- 1 pinch salt and black pepper to taste

- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1 cup vegetable oil

- 2 cups semisweet chocolate morsels
- 1 1/2 cups chopped pecans

- 12 thick-sliced bacon strips (about 1 pound)
- 12 wooden skewers (12 inches)
- 6 ounces white candy coating, chopped

In a Dutch oven, bring 8 cups water to a boil
- 25 pounds tomatoes
- 4 large green peppers, seeded
- 4 large onions, cut into wedges
- 4 cans (6 ounces each) tomato paste
- 1 cup canola oil
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup salt
- 8 garlic cloves, minced
- 4 teaspoons dried oregano
- 2 teaspoons dried parsley flakes
- 2 teaspoons dried basil
- 2 teaspoons crushed red pepper flakes
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 cup plus 2 tablespoons bottled lemon juice

- Cranberry gelées
- 1 12-ounce bag fresh or frozen cranberries
- 2 1/2 cups sugar
- 2 cups coarsely chopped unpeeled Granny Smith apples
- 1 cup fresh orange juice
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 tablespoon finely grated orange peel
- 12 whole cloves
- 2 3-ounce packages liquid pectin
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
- Tart apple gelées
- 5 cups coarsely chopped unpeeled Granny Smith apples
- 2 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 cup fresh apple juice
- 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 1/2 teaspoons finely grated lemon peel
- 2 3-ounce packages liquid pectin
- Green and yellow food coloring
- 1 cup coarse white sparkling sugar or regular sugar
Dark Corn Syrup Substiution

3 parts light corn syrup to 1 park molasses (for 1 cup dark corn syrup you will need 3/4 c light corn syrup and 1/

- 3/4 c water
- 1/4 t cream of tartar
- Pinch salt
- which in pan med high heat bring to boil cover and simmer 3 min. uncover and cook to soft ball. Cool completely and store in air tight container in pantry couple months.
