Chocolate-Nut Squares

- 1 c milk chocolate chips
- 1 T shortening
- 1 pkg (14 oz) caramels
- 2 T butter or margarine
- 3 T milk
- 2 c coarsely chop pecans
Cinnamon Rolls

Inhale the aroma of freshly baked cinnamon rolls early in the morning
- 6-1/4 to 6-3/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 packages active dry yeast
- 1-1/2 cups milk
- 1/2 cup margarine or butter
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3 eggs
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup margarine or butter, softened
- 4 teaspoons ground cinnamon or finely shredded orange peel
- 2 teaspoons all-purpose flour
- 3/4 cup chopped nuts, semisweet chocolate pieces, or raisins (optional)2 cups sifted powdered sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 to 3 tablespoons milk

In a small mixing bowl, combine and grand all the ingredients together

- 2 1/4 12 to 14 fudge topping. Drop remaining hot fudge topping by generous tablespoonfuls randomly in 12 to 14 mounds onto batter in pan.
- 3 40 to 46 to 15 or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Run knife around side of pan to loosen cake. Cool 15 minutes.
