1.Thaw turkey breast, if frozen
- 1 fresh or frozen boneless turkey breast (about 3-4 pounds)
- 2 cups rice, cooked
- 1/3 cup pecans, chopped
- 1/3 cup dried cherries or cranberries
- 1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
- 1/4 cup peach, apricot, or plum preserves
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Herbes de Provence

Combine marjoram, thyme, savory, basil, rosemary, sage, and fennel
- 3 Tablespoons dried marjoram
- 3 Tablespoons dried thyme
- 3 Tablespoons dried savory
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
- 1/2 teaspoon dried sage
- 1/2 teaspoon fennel seeds
Creamy Cherry Brownies

- 1 pkg (22 1/2 oz) fudge brownie mix & ingredietns to prepare brownies
- 1 pkg (3 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 6 T butter or margarine, softened

Peanut Butter Chocolate Cupcakes

Instructions 1.Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
- 1 (18.25-ounce) package chocolate cake mix
- 1 cup peanut butter chips
- 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, softened
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 2 cups confectioners' sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup hot fudge sauce, heated
Chicken Tortilla Soup

1.Place chicken in Crock-Pot® slow cooker
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
- 4 ounces chopped green chilies, canned, drained (hot or mild, depending on preference)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 yellow onion, diced
- 30 ounces diced tomatoes, canned, including juice
- 1/2 to 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon cumin
- salt and pepper
- 2 tablespoons cilantro, chopped
- 1 lime
- 4 corn tortillas, sliced into 1/4-inch strips
- 1/2 cup Monterey jack cheese, shredded
- 1 avocado, diced and tossed with lime juice to prevent browning
Strawberry Crinkle Cookies

Combine all ingredients. 2 Chill the dough about 1 hour to make it easier to handle
- 1 (18 ounce) box strawberry cake mix
- 1/2 cup oil
- 2 tablespoons water
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 cup dried strawberries, chopped (optional)
- 1/4 cup sugar, for dipping tops of cookies (optional)
Peanut Butter Stuffed Pretzels

1. In mixer bowl beat peanut butter and butter together until smooth
- 1 bag pretzels (small knot pretzels)
- 1 c peanut butter
- 1/2 c butter, room temp
- 4 c powdered sugar
- 1 t vanilla
- 1 c dark choc chips (such as 60% Ghirardelli)
- 1 t coconut oil
Easy Crab Rangoon Recipe

1.In medium bowl, combine all ingredients except won ton skins and spray coating; mix until well blended
- 16 ounces light cream cheese, softened
- 1 can crab meat, drained and crumbled
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1 package Wonton skins
- Vegetable spray coating
Sugar Quill with Edible Ink and Parchment

- Materials for Ink:
- We're going to break it down into parts. The first bits of the 'Ible will show you how to make the Ink and Paper, and the next bits will detail the making of each sugar quill, out of the (mostly) same base materials.
- Water-based beverage of choice (a dark fruit juice is recommended, like grape or, as I used, pomegranate)
- Saucepan with Lid
- Wooden Spoon
- Microwave-Safe Bowl
- Plastic Wrap
- Bag of frozen vegetables
- Refrigerator
- Small container (optional)
- Materials for Edible Parchment (Rice Paper):
- Stock Pot with Lid
- Rice Flour (glutinous works best if you can get it)
- Water
- Measuring Cup and Spoons
- Spatula
- Wooden Floral Hoop (or a Quilting Hoop), the same size of larger than your stockpot
- Cheesecloth
- Something to attach the cheesecloth to the wooden hoop (unless you actually use a quilting hoop)
- Materials for Sugar Quills:
- Sugar
- Light Corn Syrup
- Microwave-Safe Bowl
- Silicone Spatula
- Measuring Stuff
- More plastic wrap
- Knife and other shaping tools (you'll see)
- Parchment or Wax Paper, or a Silicone Baking Liner

Simple Turkey Soup

Combine all in slow cooker
- 2 lb ground turkey, cooked & drained
- 28 oz whole tomatoes, undrained
- 2- 14 oz can beef broth
- 16 oz frozen mixed soup vegetable (pot, corn, okra, beans)
- 1/2 c uncooked barley
- 1 t salt
- 1 t dried thyme
- 1/2 t ground coriander
- dash black pepper
