- 1 cup beef consumme
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/3 cup brown sugar or honey
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons cooled sauce from the crock pot after being cooked
- Fresh broccoli florets (as many as desired)
- Hot cooked rice (brown rice, or riced cauliflower)

- 1 lemon
- 4 quarter-size pieces of ginger, unpeeled
- 4 tsp olive oil
- 4 small skinless, boneless chicken breast halves (1 lb total)
- 1 Tbsp cornstarch
- 1/2 cup low sodium chicken broth
- 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 1 cup scallions, cut diagonally into 1-inch to 2-inch lengths
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
- 1/4 tsp salt
Shells, Stuffed and Tomato Sauce

For the Sauce: Heat a large frying pan with the olive oil; add the chopped onion, carrot and garlic
- For the Sauce:
- 29 oz. can crushed tomatoes
- 3 cloves of garlic – chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh basil – chopped
- 1/2 red onion – chopped
- 1 carrot – chopped
- 3 tablespoons wine
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 1/4 tsp. red pepper flakes
- 1/2 tsp. dried oregano
- 2 – 3 tablespoons olive oil
- Grated Romano or Parmesan cheese
- For the Shells:
- 12 oz. box of jumbo shells
- Filling:
- 16 oz. of cottage cheese
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1/2 cup Italian parsley
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 tsp. red pepper flakes
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- Zest of 1/2 orange
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1/4 cup of grated Romano or Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup of shredded - Mozzarella or Monterey Jack cheese for topping the shells

- 1/4 cup white granulated sugar
- 3 tablespoons chili powder
- 1 tablespoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 1/2 tablespoon celery seed
- 3 tablespoons onion salt
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 1/2 cups water

- 2 2 2 pounds potatoes - any kind will do
- 1 1 1 package Lipton Onion Soup Mix
- 1/4 1/4 1/4 cup of oil, you can use olive, or even plain vegetable oil
- 1 1 1 red bell pepper chopped - optional
- 1 1 1 medium sized onion chopped - optional
