Frosting - Easy

Use mixer to blend powdered sugar, 1 box cream cheese, and 1 stick of softened (not melted) butter
- 1 box cream cheese
- 1 stick butter
- 1 tblspoon vanilla
- With mixer mix well
- Add 1 lb bag powder sugar
- Mix well
- Then by hand fold in 1 tub Cool Whip. Awesome!

- 3 1/2 Qts Lasagna Filling (see recipe)
- 1 lb. Ground Beef (optional for vegetarians)
- 1 lb. Italian Sausage (optional for vegetarians)
- 1 tsp. Italian Seasoning (optional for vegetarians)
- 1 Jar Maggiano’s Marinara Sauce
- 1 Cup Parmesan Cheese
- 10 oz Grated Provolone Cheese
- Filling: (3.5 quarts)
- 4 Whole Eggs
- 1 Cup Parmesan Cheese
- 3 lbs Ricotta Cheese
- 1 1/2 tsp Garlic, finely minced
- 1/2 Cup All-purpose Flour
- 1 1/2 tsp Kosher Salt
- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
Cajun Chicken & Rice Casserole

In a bowl, combine paprika, thyme, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, salt and black pepper

Chicken Marsala

- 2 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
- salt and flour to taste
- 1/3 cup flour
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 8 ounces mushrooms sliced and cleaned
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 teaspoons shallots, minced
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 cup sweet Marsala wine
- 1/4 cup chicken stock
- 1/4 cup dry white wine
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Optional: Parsley and chopped carrots for garnish
