- 1 lb Chicken breast (or tenderloins)
- 2 cups low sodium chicken broth
- 1/2 cup diced carrots
- 1/2 cup diced celery
- 1/2 cup sweet baby peas
- 1/2 cup chopped mushrooms
- 1/4 cup diced yellow onion
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 1 can low fat or fat free cream of chicken or cream of mushroom soup
- 1 tbsp. chopped garlic
- 1/4 cup reduced fat cream cheese
- salt and pepper to taste

- 1/4 cup (1/2 stick) unsalted butter - melted

- 2 jars Spaghetti sauce (Classico or Barilla or Patroli?)

- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon yellow mustard

- 2/3 cup minced onion

- 3/4 C. Butter - softened
- 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 2 C. Sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 3 C. all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 C. mashed bananas (about 4 bananas)
- 1 C. Chopped Nuts
- 1/2 tsp. Vanilla

Using a mixer, blend cream cheese, stick of butter and vanilla
- 1 box cream cheese
- 1 stick butter
- 1 tblspoon vanilla
- With mixer mix well
- Add 1 lb bag powdered sugar
- mix well
- Then by hand fold in 1 tub Cool Whip
