- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, minced

- ICING:
- 3 cups All purpose flour
- 4 tsp. Pumpkin pie spice
- 2 tsp. Baking powder
- 1 cup Butter/margarine - softened
- 2 cups Brown Sugar firmly packed
- 1 cup Egg Beaters (or 3 eggs)
- 1 can 15 oz Solid pack pumpkin = 1 1/3 cups
- 1 cup Mayonnaise
- 1 cup chopped pecans or walnuts
- 2 Tbsp. Water
- 1 1/2 cups Confectioner's sugar
