30 Minute Rolls

•Heat oven to 400 degrees
- 1 Cup plus 2 Tbsp warm water
- 1/3 Cup oil
- 2 Tbsp active dry yeast
- 1/4 C sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 egg
- 3 1/2 Cup bread flour (seems to work better but all purpose flour will also work)
Salsa Chicken

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C)
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
- 4 -5 teaspoons taco seasoning mix
- 1 cup salsa
- 1 -1 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Tiramisu Trifles

- For the base
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup Sargento® Ricotta Cheese, any style
- 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 tablespoon Kahlua
- 1 teaspoon instant espresso granules
- For the layering
- 1 cup heavy cream, whipped with 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup chocolate cookie crumbs
- For the garnish
- fresh raspberries
- chocolate shavings
Baked Turkey Meatballs

Place racks in the center and upper third of the oven and preheat oven to 375 degrees F
- 6 slices italian or whole wheat bread, torn into medium chunks
- 2/3 cups whole milk
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 pounds ground turkey
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 1 teaspoons salt
- 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes, or more to taste
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- 1/4 cup coarsely chopped fresh parsley
- 3 to 4 cups tomato-based pasta sauce
Good Old Fashion Potato Salad

1.Boil the potatoes, skin on, for about 20 minutes or until a sharp knife easily pierces them easily
- ◦5 pounds small Russet potatoes
- ◦6 large eggs, hard-boiled & peeled & diced (toss 3 of the yellows, use 3 or mash and stir)
- ◦4 celery stalks, fresh chopped
- ◦1 jar (4 oz) diced pimentos, drained
- ◦1/2 cup diced sweet midget pickles (sweet Gherkin from Heifetz, if you can find them, pour some juice in too)
- ◦2 heaping tablespoons pickle relish
- ◦1 1/2 cup Miracle Whip or Mayo (I use Miracle Whip)
- ◦1/4 cup prepared French’s yellow mustard (don’t go fancy or Creole or grainy)
- ◦Heaping 1/2 cup chopped red onion
- ◦1/4 cup chopped parsley (optional)
- ◦Finely ground kosher salt and ground black pepper to taste
- ◦Smoked hot paprika for garnish
Asian Salmon and Noodles

Noodles: 1.Heat sesame oil in a large frying pan on medium-high heat
- Ingredients for noodles:
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 5 green onions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- 7-10 regular button mushrooms, sliced, or 1 Portobello mushroom, sliced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup chicken stock
- 1 teaspoon Sriracha sauce (substitute with any other hot sauce if you don't have Sriracha)
- 60 snow peas, ends trimmed (sorry, I didn't have a scale, so I counted them :)). I think it's about 2 or 3 cups
- 1/2 lb pasta, preferably Fettuccine (half a pound)
- Ingredients for salmon:
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 1 pound salmon
- salt & pepper
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
Chicken Salad with Bacon, Lettuce and Tomato

You can serve this over crisp lettuce or as a wrap
- 3 cups chopped cooked chicken breast
- 5 slices bacon
- 2 stalks celery, chopped
- 1 cup chopped fresh tomato
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
- 2 tablespoons chopped green onion
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 dash Worcestershire sauce
- salt and pepper to taste
- 12 leaves romaine lettuce
- 1 avocado - peeled, seeded and sliced
Baked Ravioli

- 12 whole Frozen Ravioli, Your Choice
- 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 whole Small Onion Chopped
- 1/4 teaspoons Crushed Red Pepper
- 2 cloves Garlic, Minced
- 28 ounces, Canned Crushed Tomatoes
- 1/4 teaspoons Sugar
- 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella
- 2 Tablespoons Grated Parmesan Cheese
- Fresh Herbs, Chopped, Optional For Serving
- Salt To Taste

- 1 ⁄2 cup butter
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 ⁄4 tsp salt
- 4 egg
- 5 oz package instant vanilla pudding mix
- 2 1⁄2 cup cold milk
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 ⁄4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 oz squares semisweet chocolate candy
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 tbsp hot water
Chocolate-Peppermint Poke Cake

- Cake
- 1 box Betty Crocker® SuperMoist® chocolate fudge cake mix Water, vegetable oil and eggs called for on cake mix box
- Filling
- 1 box (4-serving size) white chocolate instant pudding and pie filling mix 2 cups milk 1/2 teaspoon peppermint extract
- Frosting
- 1/4 teaspoon peppermint extract 1 container Betty Crocker® Whipped milk chocolate frosting 3/4 cup coarsely chopped chocolate-covered peppermint patties (8 candies)
