- 1/2 cup thinly sliced pepperoncini
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
Cabin in the Woods Burgers with Bacon & Eggs

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees
- 1/2 pound thick-cut bacon or black-pepper bacon
- 1/4 cup dark amber maple syrup
- 1 1/2 pounds coarsely ground beef chuck
- 3 tablespoons worcestershire sauce

- 2 tablespoons grainy dijon mustard
- coarse salt and black pepper

- 1 box white cake
- 1 box pistachio instant pudding
- 1 cup oil
- 1 cup warm gingerale
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 cup ground walnuts

Prosciutto-Wrapped Chicken Breast Stuffed with Ricotta & Spinach

Position a rack in the center of the oven and preheat to 350 degrees
- 4 6 - 7 ounces boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- Salt and pepper
- 3 tablespoons EVOO
- 1 large clove garlic, grated or minced
- 4 cups baby spinach
- A pinch freshly grated or ground nutmeg
- 1/2 cup drained fresh ricotta
- 1/2 cup (loosely packed) freshly, finely grated Parmigiano-Reggiano or Grana Padano
- 8 slices prosciutto di Parma (preferably "reserve" quality), thinly sliced
- 1 lemon, halved
Tangy Roasted Tomato Salsa

- 1 1/2 pounds large plum tomatoes, quartered and seeded

- 8 uncooked bratwurst links
- 12 oz. beer
- 2 Tbs. packed brown sugar
- 1 Tbs. prepared mustard
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- several dashes of bottled hot pepper sauce
- 2 cups hickory or oak wood chips
- 3 medium onions, sliced
- 1 Tbs. butter
- 8 French-style rolls, split and toasted

- 1 1/2 cup crisp rice cereal (coarsely crushed)
- 2 Tbs. flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. thyme
- 1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning

- 4 boneless chicken strips (skinless)

- 2 9 ouncepackages (or 1-20oz package) frozen cheese ravioli
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1/4- 1/3 cup fresh breadcrumbs

- 1 8 ouncepackage sliced white mushrooms
- 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 8 ounces baby spinach

Heidi's Rum Balls

Crush the vanilla wafers and pecans together in a zip-lock bag
- 1 box vanilla wafers
- 1 cup pecans
- 1 1/4 cup icing sugar (or substitute 1 1/4 cup sugar
- + 1/4 tsp. cornstarch, blended well)
- 2 Tbs. brown sugar
- couple dashes of cinnomon
- couple dashes of nutmeg
- 1/2 cup spiced rum (or whatever liquor you prefer)
- 2 Tbs. white corn syrup (Karo syrup)
