Champagne Breakfast!
- 8 cups Cranberry Juice
- 3 T sugar
- 12 whole allspice
- 3 cinnamon sticks
- 3 bottles champagne
Asian Meatballs

Step 1: Combine meatballs ingredients in a bowl, mix well and form 1 to 1-1/2 inch meatballs
- Meatballs-
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 1/2 cup white onion (minced)
- 1 egg
- 3 fresh garlic cloves (minced)
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger (grated)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon red chili pepper flakes
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons flour
- Noodles-
- 1 (6 oz) Package rice stix (also called vermicelli rice noodles)
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 2 fresh carrots (peeled into strips)
- 1 bunch of green onions (sliced into strips)
- 1 (14 oz) can of beef broth
- soy sauce (to serve)
Heirloom Tomato & Grilled Chicken Panzanella

Place the chicken in a plastic ziplock bag, then add the other four ingredients
- For the chicken:
- Juice of 2 lemons
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- For the salad:
- 6 cups 1-inch bread cubes from good, firm, country-style bread, dried (250F oven for 30 minutes or so)
- 4-5 heirloom tomatoes, preferably in different colors!
- 1/2 red onion, diced
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 3/4 cup Italian parsley, chopped
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary
- 3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, cut into chiffonade

1.Heat oven to 375°F. In large bowl, stir together dry mashed potatoes and hot water
- 1 pouch (3.3 oz) cheddar and sour cream instant mashed potatoes
- 1 3/4 cups hot water
- 1 package (3 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup shredded Cheddar cheese (1 oz)
- 8 slices bacon, cooked and chopped
- 8 jalapeño chiles (about 2 inches long)
- 2 cans (8 oz each) Pillsbury® refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 2 teaspoons red pepper sauce
