Golden Potato Soup Recipe

In a large saucepan, heat butter and oil until butter is melted
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon canola oil
- 3 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1 can (14-1/2 ounces) reduced-sodium chicken broth
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup crumbled cooked bacon
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary, crushed
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 cup hot water
- 2 teaspoons chicken bouillon granules
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

HEAT OVEN TO 250 IN LARGE UNGREASED ROASTING PAN, MELT BUTTER IN OVEN
- 6 TBSP BUTTER
- 2 TBSP WORCHESTERSHIRE SAUCE
- 1 1/2 TSP SEASONED SALT
- 3/4 TSP GARLIC POWDER
- 1/2 TSP ONION POWDER
- 3 CUPS CORN CHEX CEREAL
- 3 CUPS RICE CHEX CEREAL
- 3 CUPS WHEAT CHEX CEREAL
- 1 CUP MIXED NUTS
- 1 CUP PRETZELS
- 1 CUPS GARLIC FLAVOR BITE SIZE BAGEL CHIPS
Beef & Mushroom Dijon

This one-skillet wonder is a classic
- 1 Spray a 10-inch skillet with the cooking spray and heat over medium heat for 1 minute. Add the mushrooms and onion and cook until they're tender. Remove the vegetables from the skillet. Remove the skillet from the heat.
- 2 Spray the skillet with the cooking spray and heat over medium-high heat for 1 minute. Add the beef and cook until it's well browned, stirring often. Pour off any fat.
- 3 Stir the soup, water, mustard and vegetables in the skillet and cook until the mixture is hot and bubbling. Toss the rice with the parsley, if desired. Serve the beef mixture with the rice.
- Ingredient Note: To make slicing easier, freeze the beef for 1 hour.
CHUNKY CHICKEN NOODLE SOUP

IN A LARGE SAUCEPAN SAUTE THE CARROTS, CELERY, AND ONION IN BUTTER UNTIL TENDER
- 1/2 CUP DICED CARROT
- 1 \4 CUP DICED CELERY
- 1/4 CUP CHOPPED ONION
- 1 TSP BUTTER
- 6 CUPS CHICKEN BROTH
- 1 1/2 CUPS DICED COOKED CHICKEN
- 1 TSP SALT
- 1/2 TSP DRIED MARJORAM
- 1/2 TSP DRIED THYME
- 1/8 TSP PEPPER
- 1 1/4 CUPS UNCOOKED MEDIUM EGG NOODLES
- 1 TBSP MINCED FRESH PARSLEY
STRAWBERRY-RHUBARB JAM

- 8 c. cut up fresh rhubarb or 2 pkgs. (16 oz. each) frozen rhubarb
- 6 c. sugar
- 2 pkgs. (10 oz. each) frozen strawberries
- 2 pkgs. (3 oz. each) strawberry flavored gelatin
PIZZA HUT CAVATINI

- ONE 16 OZ JAR MEAT FLAVORED SPAGHETTI SAUCE

- 8 OZ COOKED ITALIAN SAUSAGE
- 8 OZ PEPPERONI SLICED THIN AND CUT IN HALF

White Chocolate Party Mix Recipe
