- 2 TBSP OLIVE OIL
- 2 CUPS QUARTERED MEDIUM MUSHROOMS
- 1 MEDIUM ONION, CHOPPED
- 1 CUP FROZEN PEAS
- 1/3 CUP ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
- 1 REFRIGERATED UNBAKED PIE CRUST

- 2-1/2 pounds pork baby back ribs, cut into eight pieces

- 2 TEA BAGS
- 2 CUPS HOT WATER
- 1 1/2 CUP VODKA
BAKED POTATO SOUP

- 3 1/2 pounds potatoes, peeled and cut into 3/4-inch pieces
- 1 small sweet red pepper,seeded and chopped
- 1 package (10 ounces) frozen chopped broccoli

- 1/3 cup half-and-half
- 1/3 cup reduced-fat sour cream,

- 3 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 3 fluid ounces vegetable oil, divided
- 1 lb penne pasta
- 1 tablespoon garlic, chopped
- 1 red pepper, julienne cut
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 1/2 lb whole spinach leaves, stemmed
- 12 fluid ounces heavy cream
- 1 cup parmesan cheese, grated
