- 3/4 CUP COARSELY CHOPPED ONION
- 1 3/4 CUP SALSA
- 1 3/4 CUP TOMATO SAUCE
- 6 CUPS LARGE SHELLS UNCOOKED
- 3/4 CUP CHOPPED RIPE OLIVES
- 1/2 CUP SHREDDED CHEDDAR CHEESE

- 1 Heat the oil in a 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook for 10 minutes or until well browned on both sides.
- 2 Stir the soup and milk in the skillet and heat to a boil. Reduce the heat to low. Cover and cook for 5 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
- For Creamy Herbed Chicken, substitute Campbell's® Condensed Cream of Chicken with Herbs Soup for the Cream of Mushroom with Roasted Garlic.

- 2 TSP MINCED FRESH ROSEMARY, OR 1/2 TSP DRIED ROSEMARY CRUSHED
- 1/4 TSP SALT
- 1/4 TSP PEPPER
- 1/4 CUP PACKED BROWN SUGAR

- 1 CUP ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
- 1 TSP BAKING POWDER
- 3 EARS FRESH CORN, KERNELS CUT FROM COB
- 2 EGGS SEPARATED
- 1/2 CUP HEAVY WHIPPING CREAM
- SALT AND FRESHLY GROUND PEPPER TO TASTE
- 1 QT VEGETABLE OIL FOR FRYING OR AS NEEDED
- 2 TBSP CANE SYRUP OR AS DESIRED (OPTIONAL)
