Crispy Baked Potato Wedges

  • 2 Tbsp. Mrs Dash Original Blend seasoning
  • 4 medium size red potatoes, cut into wedges
  • 3 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, slivered
  • juice of half a lemon

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 400*. Dry potato wedges on paper towels, rub with 1/2 Tbsp olive oil and 1/2 Tbsp Mrs. Dash Original Blend Seasoning. Roast in baking pan about 30 minutes, turning at 15 minutes to evenly brown the potatoes. Mix garlic, lemon juice and remaining olive oil in a small pan with remaining seasoning. Serve alongside roasted wedges for dipping.
