Pirate Pasta Shells Recipe

Preheat oven to 425°. Cook pasta shells according to package directions for al dente; drain
- 1 package (12 ounces) jumbo pasta shells
- 3 logs (11 ounces each) fresh goat cheese or 2 cartons (15 ounces each) whole-milk ricotta cheese
- 1 cup minced fresh basil
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 jar (24 ounces) Ragú® Old World Style® Marinara
- 1 cup (4 ounces) shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
- Zucchini strips, optional
- Additional Ragú® Old World Style® Marinara, optional
Summer Vegetables en Papillote

- 4 new potatoes, cut into 1/4 inch thick slices
- 1/2 red bell pepper, cut into chunks

Prosciutto-Stuffed Chicken with Mushroom Sauce

Halve chicken breasts horizontally, keeping 1 long side attached; open halves like a book
- 4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts (about 2 pounds)
- Kosher salt, freshly ground pepper
- 8 thin slices prosciutto
- 8 thin slices provolone cheese
