Chicken and White Bean Chili

Stir together first 5 ingredients in a Dutch oven; bring to a boil over medium high heat, stirring occasionally
- Chili Seasoning Mix:
- 3-4 cups chopped cooked chicken
- 4 (16 oz) cans navy beans, drained and rinlsed
- 4 4.5oz) cans chopped green chiles
- 1 (14.5 oz) can low-sodium fat-free chicken broth
- 2 tbsp Chili Seasoning Mix
- Garnishes; sour cream, fresh cilantro sprig
- 3/4 cup chili powder
- 2 tbsp ground cumin
- 2 tbsp dried oregano
- 2 tbsp dried minced onion
- 2 tbsp season salt
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 2 tsp dried minced garlic
Too Yummy to Share Scramble

In a small nonstick skillet coated with cooking spray, cook and stir onion over medium heat until tender
- 1/4 cup chopped sweet onion
- 1/4 cup chopped tomato
- 1/8 tsp dried basil
- Dash salt and pepper
- 1 egg

- 2 tbs shredded reduced-fat cheddar cheese

- 4 cups King Arthur Unbleached All-Purpose Flour
- 3 tablespoons yellow cornmeal
- 1 3/4 teaspoons salt
- 2 3/4 teaspoons instant yeast
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 tablespoons butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil or salad oil
- 1 cup + 2 tablespoons lukewarm water
- Filling
- 3/4 lb. mozzarella cheese, sliced
- 1 lb. Italian sweet or hot sausage,
- cooked and sliced; or about 3
- cups of the sautéed vegetables
- of your choice
- 28 -oz. can plum tomatoes, lightly
- crushed; or 28-ounce can diced
- or chopped tomatoes
- 2 to 4 garlic cloves, peeled and
- minced, optional
- 1 tablespoon sugar, optional
- 1 to 2 teaspoons Pizza Seasoning or
- mixed dried Italian herbs
- (oregano, basil, rosemary),
- to taste
- 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan or
- Asiago cheese
- 2 tbsp. olive oil, to drizzle on top
