In a large mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar
- FROSTING:
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup yogurt
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 1/2 cups flour
- 1/4 cup baking coca
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 cups shredded zucchini
- 2/3 cup semisweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Cookies with Dried Cherries

Position 1 rack in bottom third and 1 rack in top third of oven; preheat to 375°F
- 1 cup (2 sticks) butter, room temperature
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 large eggs
- 2 cups old fashioned oats
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 cup dried tart cherries (6 oz)
- 1 1/4 cups semisweet chocolate chips

- Peppermint Cream Filling:
- 4 cups flour
- 1 1/2 cups cocoa powder
- 2 tsp espresso powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 cups butter, softened
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 2 tsp peppermint extract
- 2 1/2 cups powdered sugar
- 2 tbs milk
- 2 1/2 cups powdered sugar
- Green food coloring

Whisk together Ranch dressing mix and 1/2 cup vegetable oil in a large microwave-safe glass bowl
- 2 (1 oz) envelopes Ranch dressing mix
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 3 cups crisp oatmeal cereal squares
- 3 cups corn and rice cereal
- 3 cups crisp wheat cereal squares
- 2 cups pretzel sticks
- 1 cup dried cherries
- 1 cup candy coated chocolate pieces
Grilled Chicken Breasts with Fire Roasted Tomato Sauce Roasted Zucchini with Oregano and Lemon

Preheat oven to 400° F. Coat 2 large baking sheets with cooking spray

- 8 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
- Salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
- 12 Roma (plum) tomatoes, halved
- 4 medium zucchini, halved lengthwise
- 1 lemon, juice and zest
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 2 teaspoons hot sauce
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
Italian Pasta Casserole

1. Cook pasta according to pkg directions
- 2 cups uncooked spiral pasta
- 1/2 lb ground beef
- 1/2 lb Italian turkey sausage
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 2 cans (14 1/2 oz) diced tomatoes, undrained
- 1/3 cup tomato paste
- 3/4 tsp tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
- 1/4 tsp dried oregano
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp garlic powder
- 1/8 tsp dried thyme
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 2 oz sliced turkey pepperoni
- 1 cup (4 oz) shredded mozzarella cheese

- 12 strips applewood-smoiked bacon, diced
- 1 1/4 cup thinly sliced shallots
- 1 tbs olive oil
- 2 Pink Lady apples, sliced
- 1 pkg fresh baby spinach (5 oz)
- 6 hard boiled eggs, quartered

- 1/3 cup apple juice
- 2 tbs cider vinegar
- 2 tbs honey

- 1 1/3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 2 cups frozen unsweetened blueberries, thawed
- 2 cups frozen unsweetened. sliced peaches, thawed
- 1 tbs honey
- CRUMB TOPPING
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/4 cup old fashioned oats
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans
- 1/8 tsp ground cloves
- 2 tbs butter, melted
