- 2 tubs (8 oz. each) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese Spread
- 1 can (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk
- 4 oz. BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate, melted
- 1 cup thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping
