Family-Favorite Cheeseburger Pasta

I created this recipe to satisfy a cheeseburger craving
- 1 1/2 cups uncooked penne pasta
- 3/4 pound lean ground beef (90% lean)
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped onion
- 1 can (14-1/2 ounces) diced tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons dill pickle relish
- 2 tablespoons prepared mustard
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 1 teaspoon steak seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon seasoned salt
- 3/4 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- Chopped green onions, optional
Asian Pepper Steak

So many people think it’s hard to make authentic-tasting Asian dishes at home
- 1/2 cup ready-to-use beef broth
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 pound beef top round steak, cut into strips
- 1 medium-sized red bell pepper, cut into strips
- 1/4 pound fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 3 scallions (green onions), sliced
- 1 garlic clove, minced
Malibu Rum Cake

- Cake:
- Nonstick vegetable cooking spray
- 1 package (18.25-ounce) classic yellow cake mix
- 1 cup Malibu® Rum or 1/2 cup Vegetable Oil
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 package (3.4-ounce) vanilla instant pudding and pie filling mix
- 4 eggs

- Rum Glaze:
- 1 cup (packed) golden brown sugar
- 1/4 cup water or 1 stick butter
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/4 cup Malibu® Rum

- 3 3 3 tablespoons peanut oil
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 cup popcorn kernels
- 2 2 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 to 3 to a 2 to 3 quart saucepan or pot with a lid set over medium-high heat. Pour in popcorn kernels and sprinkle enough salt to lightly cover the layer of kernels. Add the butter and cover with the lid.
- 3 4 Add 3 or 4 unpopped kernels in the oil as it is heating. Shake the pan as it is heating. Once the kernels all pop, add the remaining kernels and continue popping. Sprinkle with toppings.
