- 2 cups cold milk
- 1 package (3.4 ounces) instant cheesecake or vanilla pudding mix
- 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
- 2 teaspoons almond extract
- 1 carton (8 ounces) frozen whipped topping, thawed, divided
- 2 cups sliced fresh strawberries
- 1 carton (13 1/2 ounces) strawberry glaze
- 1 loaf (10 3/4 ounces) frozen pound cake, thawed and cubed
- 1/4 cup slivered almonds, toasted
Glazed Ham

- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1/2 teaspoon ground clove
- 1 teaspoon ground mustard
- (If the ham is big, double the recipe)

Apple Cream Cheese Danish

This is a very simple recipe that makes two medium size Danish
- Filling:
- 8 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
- 3 tablespoons ricotta - Omitted
- 1 small egg (My addition)
- 1 lemon, zest omitted and juice used
- 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract (I increased to 2 teaspoons)
- 1/8 teaspoon Kosher salt
- 5 tablespoons sugar, divided
- 2 Gala apples
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 box of frozen puff pastry defrosted

- Icing:
- 3/4 cup confectioner’s sugar
- 1 tablespoon whole milk (I used 2 or 3 tablespoons heavy cream
- 2 ounces white chocolate
