Twice-Baked Potato Casserole II

My daughter gave me this recipe because she knows I love potatoes
- 1 1/2 pounds red potatoes (about 6 medium), baked
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 pound sliced bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 3 cups (24 ounces) sour cream
- 2 cups (8 ounces) shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 cups (8 ounces) shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 green onions, sliced
Crusty Rye Bread

- 2 cups rye flour
- 1 Tablespoon active dry yeast
- 1/2 cup warm water
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 Tablespoon vegetable oil
- 2 Tablespoons cider vinegar

Shrimp Paprika with Linguine

1. In a large pot, put 2 or 3 quarts water (add 1 tablespoon salt if you wish) on to boil
- 1 pound long pasta (spaghetti or linguine)
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined, medium or small (bite size)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons paprika
- 8 ounces fresh mushrooms, sliced, or 4 oz. canned (optional)
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 cup dry white wine (substitute fish stock or vegetable stock)
- 1/2 cup cream
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
- salt and pepper as needed

1. Preheat oven to 350. Butter and flour a 12x18x1 inch baking sheet 2
- 1 pound unsalted butter
- 1 pound plus 12 ounces semisweet chocolate chips
- 6 ounces unsweetened chocolate
- 6 extra large eggs
- 3 tablespoons instant coffee granules
- 2 tablespoons pure vanilla extract
- 2 1/4 cups sugar
- 1 1/4 cups flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3 cups chopped nuts
ELEGANT CLAM CHOWDER

Boil potatoes add clams simmer
- 1 cup chopped onions
- 1 cup diced celery
- 2 cups chopped potatoes
- 2 cans (6 1/2 oz each) minced clams
- 1 cube butter
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 qt half & half
- 1 1/2 tsp salt & dash pepper
- 1/2 tsp sugar
Dog Sauce Aioli (Dipping Sauce)

- 1/4 cup SAMBAL OELEK Ground Fresh Chili Paste (You can find it in Asian foods section)
- 1 dash salt

1. Cream butter and sugar, add eggs one at a time beating well after each addition
- 1 pound butter, softened to room temp
- 1 cup white sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 6 cups flour
- 1 or more cups chopped walnuts (I like a lot of nuts!)

- 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 3 cups all-purpose flour

- For the Peanut Butter Filling:
- 1 Cup Butter, Softened
- 1 Cup Peanut Butter
- 1 Cup Marshmallow Cream
- 2 Cups Powdered Sugar
- 2 Tablespoons Milk, optional (if needed)

- 3 cups sugar
- 1 cup nuts
- 4 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups pumpkin
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 2/3 cup water

- 2 Tablespoons butter
- 2 Tablespoons sugar
