Candied Sweet Potatoes

1. Cook sweet potatoes in boiling water
- 6 Sweet Potatoes, med. Size
- 1/3 c Firmly packed Brown Sugar
- 1/2 c Sugar
- 2 T Flour
- 1 t Cinnamon
- 1/4 t Nutmeg

- 3/4 c Pineapple Juice
- 1/3 c Light Corn Syrup
- 2 T Orange Juice
- 1/4 c Butter
