Fettuccini Carbonara

This recipe originally called for mixing eggs with noodles without cooking them
- 1/4 ¼ lb. Bacon
- 12 oz. Fettuccini
- 1/4 ¼ C Butter, softened
- 1 C Heavy cream, room temp.
- 1/2 ½ C Parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 Eggs, slightly beaten
- 2 T Parsley, chopped
Cheddar Bacon Loaf

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
- 1 16 ounce loaf baguette-style French bread
- 1/2 8 ounce package shredded sharp cheddar cheese (1 cup)
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1/3 cup cooked bacon pieces
- 2 medium green onions, sliced (1/4 cup)
- 2 teaspoons yellow mustard
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
Buttermilk Southern Pie

1. Blend together butter, sugar and flour
- 2 C Sugar
- 2 T Flour
- 1/4 # Butter, softened
- 4 Eggs
- 1 t Vanilla
- 2/3 C Buttermilk
Devil's Food Cake

- Cake:
- 2 C flour
- 2/3 C cocoa powder
- 1 1/4 t baking soda
- 1/4 t salt
- 2/3 C butter
- 1 2/3 C sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 t vanilla
- 1 1/2 C milk
- Chocolate cream
- 2 C heavy whipping cream
- 1 1/3 C (8 oz) semisweet chocolate chips

- 1 Large chicken, cut-up into fryer pieces
- 1 Large onion, diced
- 1 C Celery diced
- 1 C Carrot, diced
- 4 C Chicken Broth
- 4 Large potatoes, peeled, diced

- 1 T Water
- 3 C Flour
Broccoli Salad

1. Place cleaned broccoli in large bowl
- 1 Broccoli head, cut into bite size pieces
- 6-8 pcs. Bacon, fried and crumbled
- 1/2 C Red Onion
- 1/2 C Raisins
- 8 oz. Cheddar, cut into bite size chunks
- 1 C Mayonnaise
- 2 T White Vinegar
- 1/4 C Sugar
- 1/2 C Cherry Tomatoes, halved
Deviled Eggs

- 7 large eggs, hard boiled and peeled
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 1/2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish
- 1 teaspoon prepared mustard
- Salt and pepper, for taste

- Sweet gherkin pickles sliced, for garnishing
