Ingredients
- TOPPING:
- 5 large sweet potatoes
- 1/2 C. brown sugar
- 1/2 C. white sugar
- 1 stick melted butter (not margarine)
- 1/3 c. heavy cream
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
- 2 beaten eggs
- 1 C. brown sugar
- 1 C. flour
- 1 C. pecan pieces
- 2/3 stick butter (not melted)

Preparation
Step 1
Pierce potatoes with fork and bake at 350 for 1 hour or until soft.
Peel potatoes and cool slightly, then mash them.
Add sugars, melted butter,cream, eggs, vanilla and spices.
Pour into 9x13 sprayed with Pam.
Topping: cut butter into other ingredients.
Put on topping and bake at 350 for approximately 25 minutes.
