Chicken-rice and cheese, crock pot

- Slow Cooker Cheesy Chicken And Rice
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 large onion, chopped (I use Vidalia)
- 1 -8 ounce box Zatarain's Yellow Rice Mix, cooked according to directions
- 1 cup cheddar cheese
- 1 - 10.5 ounce can cream of chicken soup (regular or fat free)
- 1 -15 ounce can whole kernel corn, drained
Seafood Pasta Salad

Cook pasta according to package
- 8 ounces uncooked spiral pasta
- 1/2 ½ C. Mayo
- 1/2 ½ C. Thousand Island salad dressing
- 3-5 drops hot pepper sauce
- 1 pkg (8 oz) imitation crabmeat, chopped
- 1 pkg (5 oz) frozen salad shrimp, thawed
- 1 C. fresh broccoli, chopped
- 1 C. fresh cauliflower, chopped
- 1/2 ½ C. diced celery
- green onion
- green pepper
White Chicken Chili

- 16 oz or so of canned white beans (I used 2)
- 2 large onions, chopped
- 1 stick unsalted butter
- 1/4 c all-purpose flour
- 3/4 c chicken broth
- 2 cups half and half
- 1 tsp Tabasco
- 1 1/2 teaspoons chili powder
- 1 tsp ground cumin (I usually put in more)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt (I usually put in more)
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper (I put in more)
- two 4-oz cans whole mild green chilies, drained and chopped
- 5 boneless, skinless chiken breasts (about 2 pounds)
- some extra butter and oil to cook them in
- 1 1/2 c grated Monterey Jack
- 1/2 c sour cream
Strawberry Spinach Salad

- Dressing:
- 1 lb. spinach, fresh
- 1 pt. strawberries, fresh, hulled and halved
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 tbsp. sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp. poppy seeds
- 1 1/2 tsp. onion, minced
- 1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 tsp. paprika
- 1/2 c. vegetable oil
- 1/4 c. cider vinegar
Chicken Alfredo Pizza

Combine 2 T. marinade mix, water, vinegar and oil
- 1 envelope mesquite or zesty herb marinade mix
- 1/3 C. water
- 3 T. cider vinegar
- 3 T. oil
- 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts (4 oz each)
- 1/2 ½ C. Alfredo sauce
- 3 T. grated parmesan cheese
- 3 tsp. Italian seasoning
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 C. mozzarella cheese (or ½ C. mozzarella and ½ C. cheddar)
- 1/2 ½ medium green pepper, chopped
- 1/2 ½ small red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 ½ C. fresh mushrooms
- 1 pre-baked Italian bread shell crust (14 oz)

Bake at 350, 9x13 pan
- Pasta shells, boil and rinse
- 1 egg
- 2 1/2 2 ½ T. butter
- 1/2 ½ C. milk
- salt, pepper
- 1/2 ½ brick Velveeta
- 1 can cheddar cheese (or 1 C. cheddar cheese?)
- 1 can cream of mushroom or cream of chicken soup

- 1 C. brown sugar
- 1 tsp. baking soda dissolved in ¼ C. hot water
- 1 C. white sugar
- 2 C. oatmeal
- 2 eggs beaten
- 2 C. flour
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 C. flour
Sausage Hashbrown Bake

Cook sausage. Combine 1 ¾ C
- 2 lb. pork sausage
- 2 C. cheddar cheese
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 C. sour cream
- 8 oz. French onion dip
- 1 C. chopped onion
- 1/4 ¼ C. chopped green pepper
- 1/4 ¼ C. chopped red pepper
- 30 oz. thawed frozen hash browns
Pumpkin Doozie Cookiesd

- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 1 egg
- 1/2 ½ C. oil
- 1/2 ½ C. canned pumpkin
- 2 T. pumpkin pie spice
- Mix all ingredients together until well blended. Grease cookie sheets and drop balls onto sheet.
- Flatten slightly with finger. Sprinkle with sugar. Bake 10-12 minutes at 350 degrees.
Peach Dump Cake from Becky

Spray 9x13. Dump pie filling into bottom
- 1 white (or yellow) cake mix
- 1 can peach pie filling
- 1 (15 oz) can sliced peaches in light syrup
- 1 stick unsalted butter
- White chocolate chips – to your heart’s content
