- 187 grams cake flour-sifted (it’s about 1 1/2 cups plus 3 Tablespoons flour but you better measure it on kitchen scale because the cake could be dense or dry if you overdo it with the flour )

- 1 cup cranberries (fresh or thawed)
- 5 oz. white chocolate chunk
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter ( room temperature)
- 300 grams sugar ( 1 1/2 cups)
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup mascarpone cheese

- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

- 3/4 pound macaroni, slightly undercooked
- chicken broth (to boil pasta in)
- 2 tbsp. corn starch
- generous pinch of salt and pepper
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 3/4 cup light cream
- 2 cups assorted shredded cheese (I use sharp cheddar and Monterey Jack)
- 1-2 tbsp. olive oil

Mix cake mix with cherry pie filling, place in muffin tins
- 1 cake mix (I used french vanilla)
- 1 can cherry pie filling (or any kind you like)
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup butter softened
Carmelized Pear Cannoli with Praline Sauce

Preheat oven to 400. Toss together first 3 ingredients
- 3 ripe firm pears, cut into 1 inch cubes
- 2 Tbsp. granulated sugar
- 1 Tbsp. butter, melted
- Parchment paper
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1 8 oz pkg mascarpone cheese
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 2 Tbsp. powdered sugar
- 8 5 inch long cannoli shells
- Praline Sauce (make this up to 3 days ahead, cover and chill, then reheat over low heat)
- 1 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup half and half
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- Garnish with paper thing pears: see below
