Potato Soup (Slow Cooker)

- Add potatoes, onion, garlic, seasoning and chicken stock to slow cooker
- Ingredients:
- 2.5 lbs Russet Potatoes, washed but NOT peeled. Diced into 1/2 inch(ish) cubes
- 1 small yellow onion, diced
- 5 cloves minced garlic
- 4 cups chicken stock
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt or all-purpose seasoning
- 2 tablespoons ranch dressing mix
- Garnishes:
- Crumbled bacon
- Shredded cheddar cheese
- Green onions
Blueberry Pie

Bake pie shell according to package directions; set aside to cool
- 1 (9-inch) frozen ready-to-bake pie shell, thawed
- 1 (4-serving size) package lemon gelatin
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 3/4 cup ginger ale
- 3 pints fresh blueberries, washed
Ham (Slow Cooker)

- 1 1-4 pound ham
- 2 cups apple cider, unsweetened
- 3/4 cups maple syrup
- 3 tablespoons cornstarch
Baked Smothered Pork Chops

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 4 (1-1/2 to 2 lbs.) pork loin chops 1-inch thick
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 cup chili sauce
- 1/4 cup white vinegar
- 3 tablespoons light brown sugar
- 1 tablespoons chopped onion
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
Risotto with Garlic Shrimp

Prep: Chop garlic. Cut leek in half lengthwise and rinse well
- 2 cloves garlic, coarsely chopped
- 1 leek, sliced
- 1 bunch red chard
- 2 tablespoons canola oil
- 1 cup pre-diced butternut squash

- 1 box (or can) butternut squash bisque (l8 oz.)
- 3 cups vegetable broth
