Shrimp Dip, cold

Mix all ingredients well. Cover and chill until ready to serve
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese
- 1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
- 1 package Good Seasons Italian Dressing Mix

Carrot Loaf Cake

Allow eggs, butter and cream cheese to stand at room temperature for 30 minutes
- Frosting:
- 4 eggs
- 3/4 cup butter
- 2 1/2 cups flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 tablespoon finely shredded lemon peel
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 lb. carrots, cut up
- 1 cup pecans, toasted
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1/2 (8 oz.) package cream cheese
- 1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
- 4 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup butter, softened
