- 5 large cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 2 teaspoons dried oregano

- 6 sweet or hot Italian-style turkey sausage links (about 1-1/4 pounds)
- 1 large tomato, seeded, chopped

- Tip: Look for precooked diced potatoes in the refrigerated section of most supermarket produce departments—near other fresh, prepared vegetables.
- Substitution tip: Peel 2 1/4 pounds Yukon Gold potatoes, cut into 1/2-inch pieces and boil until tender (about 15 minutes).

- 1/8 teaspoon fine sea salt
- 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice, from about 3 large lemons
- 1/4 cup amaretto liqueur
- 3 large lemons, zested
- 1/2 cup whipping cream

1. Adjust an oven rack to the lower-middle position and heat oven to 300 degrees
