- 8 sprigs fresh oregano, leaves only 2 sprigs fresh rosemary, leaves only
- 2 tablespoons mustard powder

- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons prepared horseradish
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt
