  • 6 C cornbread crumbs and dried bread crumbs
  • 1 cup butter
  • 1 onions, chopped
  • 6 stalks celery, chopped
  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 2 T dried sage
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 T poultry seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 eggs
  • 4 cups chicken stock

  • 2 1/2 cups sliced peaches
  • 1/2 tbsp lemon juice

  • 3/4 cup shredded wheat, crushed (You can try rice chex or crispies or flake cereal for a gluten-free version.)

  • 2 tbsp melted buttery spread or oil (Low-Fat Version: applesauce can be used instead.)
  • 1/4 tsp salt (use only 1/8 tsp if using salted buttery spread)
  • 1 container yogurt of choice, such as SoDelicious or Wholesoy
