- KFC coleslaw is one of my all-time favorite foods, After doing some research I found this recipe and I have made it in the past and it is absolutely delicious! It tastes exactly like the stuff KFC makes!
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup buttermilk
- 2 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 1/2 tablespoons white vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 8 cups finely chopped cabbage (approx. 1 head)
- 1/4 cup shredded carrot (1 medium carrot)
- 2 tablespoons minced onion

Here’s an easy low carb Asian restaurant favorite to make
- 1 1 1 pound ground chicken or ground turkey
- 8 8 8 scallions, white and green part chopped
- 1 1 can 1 (8oz) can water chestnuts, drained, rinsed and chopped fine
- 1 1 1 red bell pepper, chopped fine
- 1/4 1/4 1/4 cup reduced-sodium soy sauce
- 2 1/2 2 1/2 1/2 tablespoons hoisin sauce, see shopping tips
- 1 1 1 tablespoon ginger (from a jar) or fresh grated ginger
- 1 1 1 tablespoon water
- 2 2 2 teaspoons sesame oil
- 1 1 head 1 large head butter lettuce, wash, dried and leaves separated

- 1/4 1/4 1/4 cup reduced-sodium soy sauce
- 2 2 2 tablespoons seasoned rice vinegar

- 1/2 cup green bell peppers, chopped
- 1/2 cup red bell peppers, chopped
- 1 1/2 cups thick, chunky salsa, divided
- 1 cup shredded 2% sharp cheddar cheese, divided
- 2 tbsp Italian salad dressing
- 8 (6 inch) uncooked corn tortillas

- 1 stalk celery, coarsely chopped
- 1 small onion, coarsely chopped
- 4 cups Pepperidge Farm® Herb Seasoned Stuffing
Cheesy Broccoli Chowder

This is the best and most filling soup I have ever made
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 1 cup carrot, finely chopped
- 1 celery stick, finely chopped (feel free to add more celery if you like celery; I don't, so I don't add much)
- 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
- 4 cups chicken broth (I usually use a mixture of low-sodium chicken broth and broth made with chicken soup base because it gives it such nice flavor)
- 2 large baking potatoes, peeled and chopped
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 1/2 cup water
- 2/3 cup milk
- 2 cups broccoli, chopped
- 2 heaping cups cheddar cheese, shredded
