Cucumber and Chicken Salad

Easy cucumber recipe
- 2 cucumber, julienned
- 2 chicken breasts
- 2-3 slices fresh ginger root
- 1 Tbsp sake
- 1/2 tsp salt
- For dressing
- 4 Tbsp ground white sesame seeds
- 2 tsp rice vinegar
- 2 tsp sugar
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp mayonnaise
30 Minute Yeast Rolls

Easy, fast and wonderful
- 1 C plus 2 Tbsp warm water
- 1/3 C oil
- 2 Tbsp yeast
- 1/4 C sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 egg
- 3 1/2 C bread flour (seems to work better but all purpose flour will also work)
Omelet in a Mug

I use this to make a quick egg, ham & cheese sandwich
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 tablespoons shredded Cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoons diced fully cooked ham
- 1 tablespoon diced green bell pepper
- salt and pepper to taste
- chopped onion, garlic, etc cayenne use your imagination.
Beef and Bean Burritos

- 2 pounds Ground Beef
- 1/2 whole Medium Onion
- 1 can (7 Ounce) Mexican Tomato Sauce Or Enchilada Sauce
- Salt And Pepper, to taste
- Cumin, Oregano, Chili Powder, Garlic To Taste
- 1 can (28 Ounce) Refried Beans
- 3/4 cups Grated Cheddar Cheese
- 12 whole Burrito-sized Flour Tortillas
- extra Grated Cheese, For Sprinkling
- Extra Sauce, For Drizzling
- Cilantro Leaves, Optional
- Optional Filling Ingredients: Mexican Rice, Sour Cream, Guacamole, Green Chilies, Pico De Gallo
Breakfast Casserole

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit
- 2 cups dry chicken stove top stuffing mix (from the canister)
- 2 cups milk
- 1 1/2 cups cubed ham (or use Bob Evans Sausage, cooked, drained well, and crumbled)
- 6 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/2 teaspoon salt

- 8 eggs
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise or sub greek plain yogurt or low fat cottage cheese
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 2 tablespoons chopped pimento-stuffed green olives or a good squirt of dill relish.
