Deb's Granola

When I do the boy's it is 5 cups oats, 1/3 of the syrup, 1 cup coconut, pumpkin and sunflower seeds
- 10 cups oats
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 2/3 cup ginger
- 3/4 cup pineapple
- 1/2 cup cashew
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1/2 cup molasses
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnimon
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 cup pecans
- 3/4 cup sliced almonds
- 1 1/2 cup dried fruit (raisens, cherrys, cranberrys, etc.)
- 2 cups coconut
Fruit Cake

Beat eggs until very light, cream butter and sugar, add eggs, molasses, coffee, whiskey, flour and spices - beat
- 3/4 pound butter
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 cups flour
- 2 pounds raisins
- 2 pounds currants
- 1 pound figs
- 1/2 pound chopped dates
- 1/2 pound pecan
- 1/2 pound almonds
- 8 ounces black molasses
- 8 ounces coffee
- 8 ounces whiskey
- 2 tablespoons blackberry jam
- 1/2 cup cooked dried apples , sweetened
- 10 eggs
- juice of one orange
- 1 teaspoon allspice
Chipotle Cream Sauce

Combine in a bowl and top chicken, steak or pork
- 1/4 cup butter, softened
- 3 tablespoons sour cream
- 2 tablespoons chipotle pepper sauce
- 2 tablespoons minced green onions
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh italian parsley
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
Bechamel Sauce

1.Melt butter in a large saucepan over medium heat
- 2 tablespoons and 1-1/2 teaspoons butter
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 2 cups milk
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon freshly grated nutmeg
Butterscotch Sticky Buns

- Unbaked frozen rolls, about 24
- 1 cup walnuts, chopped, optional
- 1 (3-ounce) package butterscotch pudding, not instant
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
Brunch Egg Casserole

Lightly butter each slice of bread, cut bread slices in half
- 7 slices white bread, crust removed
- 1 pound ground sausage
- 4 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 6 eggs
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard

Pennsylvania Dutch Ham and Noodle Casserole

1. Heat the oil in a 4-quart saucepan over medium-high heat
- 1 tbsp. vegetable oil
- 2 cups cubed cooked ham
- 1 medium onion, chopped (about 1/2 cup)
- 1 can(10 3/4 ounces) Campbell's® Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup (Regular or 98% Fat Free)
- 2 cups shredded extra-sharp Cheddar cheese (about 8 ounces)
- 5 cups extra-wide egg noodles, cooked and drained
Sausage-Hash Brown Breakfast Casserole
