Heat oven to 400 Degrees. Place foil liners in cupcake pan and spray each with PAM
- 1 cupcake pan
- 12 foil liners
- 24 vanilla wafer cookies
- 1 cup peanuts, pecans or butterscotch chips
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 2 1/2 cups mini marshmallows
Jamica Jerk Seasoning

- 2 teaspoons ground thyme

In a blender combine all the ingredients except the grouper fish
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup butter, softened
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 dash hot pepper sauce (optional)
- 2 pounds grouper fillets, 1-inch thick
