Bisquick Beer-Batter Fish Fry

Heat oil to 375 degrees F
- 1 cup Bisquick
- 1/3 cup cornmeal
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 6 ounces beer
- 2 lbs fish fillets
- oil ( for frying)
Spaghetti pie

Cook Spaghetti, drain. Return spaghetti to pot and stir in eggs cheese and butter
- 6 oz spaghetti
- 2 large eggs beaten
- 1/2 cup fresh grated Parmigiano-Reggiano Cheese
- 1/4 c unsalted butter (1/2 stick)
- 1 1/4 lbs lean ground beef
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 15oz can tomato sauce
- 1 6 oz can tomato paster
- 2 tsp Italian Seasoning
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 8 oz container of sour cream
- 1 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese

Combine first 9 ingredients and marinate overnight
- 4 pieces Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts (cut Into Bite Sized Pieces)
- 5 cloves Garlic, Minced
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoons Black Pepper
- 1/2 teaspoons Cayenne Pepper
- 1/4 teaspoons Ground Coriander
- 1/4 teaspoons Cumin
- 1/4 teaspoons Cardamom
- 1 whole Lime, Juiced
- 1 whole Onion, Diced
- 1/4 cups Butter
- 1 can (14.5 Oz. Can) Tomato Sauce
- 1 can (14.5 Oz. Can) Petite Diced Tomatoes
- 1 pint Whipping Cream
- 1 bunch Chopped Cilantro, to taste
- 2 cups Basmati Rice (or However Much You Want)
Mexican Rice

Basic rice for any Mexican dish
- 2 Tablespoons Canola Oil
- ½ whole Large Onion, Chopped
- 3 cloves Garlic, Minced
- 2 cups Long Grain Rice
- 1 can Rotel (10 Ounce)
- 1 can Whole Tomatoes (14.5 Ounce)
- 2 cups Low Sodium Chicken Broth (more If Needed)
- 1 teaspoon Cumin (more To Taste)
- 1 teaspoon Kosher Salt
- Fresh Cilantro, Chopped
Lasagna Soup!

Lasagna in a Bowl!
- for the soup:
- 2 tsp. olive oil
- 1-1/2 lbs. Italian sausage
- 3 c. chopped onions
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tsp. dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
- 2 T. tomato paste
- 1 28-oz. can fire roasted diced tomatoes
- 2 bay leaves
- 6 c. chicken stock
- 8 oz. mafalda or fusilli pasta
- 1/2 c. finely chopped fresh basil leaves
- salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- for the cheesy yum:
- 8 oz. ricotta
- 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- pinch of freshly ground pepper
- 2 c. shredded mozzarella cheese
Broccoli Cheese Soup

Sauté the onion (and garlic) in the butter over medium heat
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/2 chopped onion
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1 cup half-and-half
- 1 cup milk
- 2 cups chicken stock (I used bouillon cubes + boiling water)
- 1/2 lb fresh broccoli, chopped
- 1 cup carrot, shredded and chopped
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp cardamom
- 8 ounces grated sharp cheddar cheese
- 4 ounces grated Colby jack cheese (I used Velveeta)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Hot Sauce (optional)
Pasta Carbonara with Bacon

1. Cook and drain fettuccine as directed on package
- 6 oz uncooked fettuccine or spaghetti
- 4 slices bacon, cut into 1-inch pieces (1/4 lb)
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 1 egg
- 3/4 cup milk
- 3/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 4 cups fresh baby spinach leaves
- 3/4 cup chopped plum (Roma) tomato (1 medium)
- 1/2 cup thinly sliced green onions (8 medium)
- 1 container (6 oz) Yoplait® Greek Fat Free plain yogurt

- 1/2 Marsala wine
- 1 Pound baby Portobello mushrooms
- 1 large onion sliced
- 1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
- 1/2 heavy cream
- 1/2 chicken stock
- 1 pound of noodles
- Parmesan cheese

- 1 large onion diced
- 1 cup olive oil
- 2 cans of tomato paste ( high quality)
- 6 cans of water
- 1 pound of sasuage
- salt
- sugar
STEAKHOUSE SHEPHERD'S PIE

Place potatoes in a pot, cover with cold water and bring up to a boil
- 2 pounds Idaho potatoes, peeled and cut into chunks
- Salt
- 1/2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 4 slices good quality bacon or peppered bacon, chopped
- 2 pounds ground sirloin
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1/2 pound button mushrooms, quartered
- Black pepper
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 cups beef stock
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 egg yolk
- 3 tablespoons sour cream
- 1/2 pound blue cheese, crumbled (recommended: Maytag)
- 3 to 4 tablespoons chives
