- 3 Tbsp all-purpose flour
- 3/4 tsp table salt, divided
- 1/2 tsp black pepper, freshly ground, divided
- 1 pound(s) uncooked boneless, skinless chicken breast, four 4 oz pieces
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 1 small vidalia onion(s), cut in half lengthwise, thinly sliced (about 2 cups)
- 1 cup(s) reduced-sodium chicken broth
- 2 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 Tbsp thyme, fresh, chopped, or less to taste
- 2 tsp butter

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- FOR THE CAKE:
- 1-1/2 1-½ stick Butter, Softened
- 2 cups Scant Sugar
- 3 cups Flour, Sifted
- 4 teaspoons Baking Powder
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1-1/4 1-¼ cup Whole Milk
- 3 whole Egg Whites, Beaten Until Stiff

- 2 packages Crescent Rolls
- 1 8oz packages cream cheese softened
- ¾ cup sugar
- 1 egg separated
- 1 tsp vanilla

Classic Pasta Salad

Cook macaroni according to package directions; drain and rinse with cold water until completely cool
- 8 ounces elbow macaroni (about 1-3/4 cups)
- 1 cup Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Dijonnaise ™ Creamy Dijon Mustard
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
- 1 cup thinly sliced celery
- 1 cup chopped green or red bell pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
Baked Potato with Egg

Lay the baked potato on its side, and use a knife to carefully cut off the top third of the potato
- 1 large baked potato (russett or sweet)
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 2 eggs
- 2 strips bacon, cooked and diced
- 2 Tbsp. shredded cheese
- 1 Tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped

1. For the Filling: In a heavy saucepan over medium-high heat, warm the milk and chocolate
- Filling:
- 1 Chocolate Cookie Crust (see below)
- 2 1/2 cups whole milk
- 5 ounces (155 g) chopped semisweet chocolate (or chocolate chips)
- 4 large egg yolks
- 3/4 cup (185 g) sugar
- 3 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- Topping:
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Garnish: chocolate curls
- Chocolate Cookie Crust
- 1 1/4 cups (4 ounces) cookie crumbs from chocolate wafers (pulverized in the food processor)
- 5 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1 . Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
- 2 . In a bowl, combine the cookie crumbs, butter and sugar.
- 3 . Pat the mixture into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie pan.
- 4 . Bake for 5 minutes.
Fettuccine Alfredo with Bacon

1. Cook pasta according to package directions, omitting salt and fat
- 1 (9-ounce) package refrigerated fresh fettuccine
- 2 slices applewood-smoked bacon, chopped
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
- 1 cup 1% low-fat milk
- 2/3 cup (about 2 1/2 ounces) grated Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Step 1: To make the sauce- in a sauce pan heat 2 teaspoons of oil
- 1 lb flank steak
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 2 teaspoons vegetable oil
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger (minced)
- 1 tablespoon garlic (minced)
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons rice wine
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 2 green onions (sliced)
- 1 medium onion (sliced)
- Oil (for frying)
Bowties with creamy mushroom & gorgonzola sauce

Bring a large pot of saled water to a boil
- 2 Tbs. unsalted butter
- 3 Tbs. all-purpose flour
- 2 1/2 cups whole milk, at room temperature
- 5 oz. creamy Gorgonzola cheese, cubed
- 3 Tbs. extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 lb. assorted mushrooms (such as cremini, oyster, stemmed shiitake), sliced
- 3/4 cup defrosted frozen peas
- 1 box bow-ties.
Bacon Ranch Pasta Salad

Cook the bacon until crisp; remove to drain on a paper towel, chop and set aside
- 6 slices of bacon
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 green bell pepper
- 2 cups of uncooked small shell pasta
- Olive oil (see directions)
- 2/3 cup of real mayonnaise
- 3 tablespoons (or 1 packet) of Hidden Valley Ranch
- or Bacon Ranch dry dressing mix
- Couple splashes of milk
- 1 cup cubed sharp chedder cheese
