POT ROAST IN FOIL (Carol Suhre)
- 3 lb. chuck or arm roast
- 1 env. dry onion soup mix
- 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 2 tablespoons water aluminum foil
Place heavy duty aluminum foil in baking dish. Place meat on foil. Stir together dry onion soup mix and cream of mushroom soup. Spread mixture over top of meat. Fold foil over meat and seal securely. Cook in 300 degree oven for 4 hours.
