Ina's Tomato Ketchup (Lou Hooven)

Boil 30 minutes. Here is where the tasting comes in
- 30 tomatoes, dead-ripe and peeled
- 6 large onions, chopped
- 2 cups cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon whole cloves
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 1/2 green pepper,chopped
- 3 cups granulated sugar
- salt and pepper to taste

- 10 each small peppermint candies, or candy canes, crushed, for garnish (if desired)
VELVEETA Down-Home Macaroni & Cheese

HEAT oven to 350°F. MELT 3 Tbsp
- 1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter or margarine, divided
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 lb. (8 oz.) VELVEETA Pasteurized Prepared Cheese Product, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
- 2 cups elbow macaroni, cooked, drained
- 1/2 cup KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 6 RITZ Crackers, crushed

- 1 stick butter
- 3 cups cheddar cheese
- 4 eggs
- 2 cups evaporated milk (ok to use milk or cream)

- 1/2 cup water
- 2 cup sugar, divided
- 4 cup peeled, sliced peaches

- 2 c. graham cracker crumbs
- 1 pkg. lemon Jello
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 can cold evaporated milk

- 1 c granulated sugar
- 1 T ground cinnamon
- 1/2 c butter
- 1 c packed brown sugar
- 8 oz pkg cream cheese
- Two 7.5 oz cans refrigerated biscuits (10 in each can)
- 1 1/2 c coarsley chopped walnuts
